| Turkey Breast Strips | 4 oz |
| Onion Sprouts | 1 oz |
| Jerk Marinade | 2 oz |
| Sour Cream | 1 oz |
| Mayonnaise | 2 oz |
| Lime Juice | 1 tbsp |
| Lime Zest, grated | 1 tbsp |
| Mango, thinly sliced | 1 oz |
| Red Bell Pepper, thinly sliced | 1 oz |
In a non-metal medium bowl, combine the turkey and jerk marinade; mix to coat turkey evenly. Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 3 hours. Over medium-high heat sear the turkey strips and stir fry for 6-8 minutes or until fully cooked through. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice and lime zest and mix thoroughly. Spread the mayonnaise mixture on the flour tortilla to cover. Place the turkey, mango, onion sprouts and red pepper on tortilla; place in a line down the middle of the tortilla. Fold ends of tortilla and roll to make a wrap. Serve with a lime wedge.
