To begin, lay your tortilla out and spread guacamole across the middle of the tortilla. Top with the iceburg lettuce, roma tomatoes and bacon slices. Lay your turkey on top and wrap by tightening the interior and rolling away from you. As you roll tuck the ends in to seal the interior. Cut in half, plate and enjoy.
