To begin, season breast strips with Cajun spice and sear on the flat top while heating the corn tortillas about 5 seconds per side. Once lightly blackened and hot place the strips into the warmed tortillas and top with the Cajun mayonaisse, sliced Avocados and Mango salsa. Finish with onion straws and serve immediately.
