Distribution

Getting our ingredients to you on time, every time is at the top of our priorities. That’s why we’ve established a wide distribution network across Canada, with every major distributor, including GFS, Sysco, and Collabor to name a few. If your current distributor isn’t familiar with our products, give us a call and we‘ll help you get started.

Sourcing

When a great ingredient is not available locally, we scour the continent to make sure we get it to you. For example, we’re proud to be the exclusive importer and marketer of El Milagro's famous corn tortillas and chips from Chicago. We also have avocado pulp and authentic spices shipped in from Mexico, and premium canned vegetables delivered from all over the USA. The bottom line? We’ll go to the ends of the earth to complete your menu.
